Recruited to increase network distribution and circulation by leveraging the analog to digital television transition.
• Converted an existing cable network into national broadcast distribution.
• Architect of the construction of a regional broadcast distribution platform that spanned one hundred and eleven television markets across 42 states and five time zones.
• Orchestrated linear distribution partnerships with broadcast groups and cable.
• Consistently increased gross cash flow and operating margins.
• Developed financial models and assisted in distribution strategy for all broadcast affiliations.
• Negotiated affiliations with major broadcast groups.
• Managed CW Plus 24/7 satellite networks including administration, program acquisition and scheduling, advertising sales and physical distribution.

Created a regional cable network of over one thousand locally branded channels to enable The WB to compete effectively for audience and advertisers on a national basis.
• Partnered with IBM to create first-of-its-kind “store and forward” technology to power video distribution
• Spearheaded strategic partnerships with cable MSO’s and network affiliated broadcast television stations
• Successfully managed all aspects of the business including affiliate acquisition, cable carriage (MSO agreements), programming. acquisition, advertising sales, promotion and marketing, traffic, operations, accounting and physical distribution.
GAME SHOW NETWORK (Sony Pictures Television) | Culver City, CA

Engaged as first member of the senior executive team that created GSN. Developed a new technical launch template for cable networks including guiding the creation of the first serial digital broadcast facility assembled in America by Sony Professional Electronics. Managed programming, production, on-air marketing, network origination and engineering.
• Supervised program development including original long-form and live interstitial programming as well as live, interactive audience participation initiatives.
• Co-created a proprietary web component which enabled the first consumer on-line play for “Wheel of Fortune” in partnership with AT&T.
• Supervised “Wheel of Fortune: On The Road” arena tour for SPT.
• Developed long-form primetime specials commemorating the twenty-fifth anniversary of “The Newlywed Game.”
• Launched a special production unit which created weekly programming for state lotteries.
